A biweekly journaling session that combines gentle meditation, guided reflection, and rotating creative themes. Gently inviting you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and leave with written reflections you can return to.

A gentle self-care session focused on soothing the nervous system. Over tea and incense, you are guided through vagus-nerve breathwork, facial dry brushing, lymphatic prep, and targeted gua sha techniques to release physical tension.
