Our incense is made of 100% natural woods, herbs, florals, and resins.

Our materials are thoughtfully sourced from around the world: Resins from the Middle East, woods from China and Vietnam, and herbs and traditional botanical ingredients from Germany and China.

Each incense is crafted with natural plants, herbs, and woods — free from additives, safe for people and pets.

To use:

1. Place your incense in a heat-safe holder.

2. Light the tip until it catches flame, then gently blow it out.

3. Let it smolder and scent your space.

Store incense in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight to preserve freshness.

Quite the opposite. When stored properly, our incense improves with time, developing a deeper, more refined scent.

That’s why our packaging is designed the way it is – to protect and preserve the fragrance.

Our incense is a cleaner alternative to synthetic fragrances, but like any smoke, it shouldn’t be inhaled directly.

Tips:

• Always keep your room well-ventilated and burn in moderation

• One stick is often enough to scent a room.

To snuff out an incense, simply stick the burning stick into our cork.

No, the smoke from the incense is not strong enough to trigger fire alarms.

Our incense contains no artificial oils or charcoal and is made with pet-safe ingredients.

Most of our scents are pet-friendly, and we clearly note if one isn’t. As pets can still have sensitivities, always monitor their reactions.

We are open Wednesday through Friday from 14:00 until 19:00, and Saturdays from 13:00 until 15:30.

Incense Lab I focuses on the background of incense and traditional crafting.

You’ll learn how to tell natural incense from synthetic ones and make your own from the workshop blends. About 2.5 hours.

Incense Lab II is our advanced session, all about scent blending.

You can choose from over 30 natural ingredients and spend around 3+ hours hands-on creating your own blends. About 4 hours total

Our Incense Lab I is 64€ per person. Incense Lab II is 106€ per person.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before dispatch. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Germany: 3–5 business days.

• EU destinations listed below: 4–8 business days.

Shipping fees

• Germany: €5.20. Free shipping on orders over €48.

• Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Poland, Spain, France, Portugal and Italy: €9.90. Free shipping on orders over €52.

Different shipping terms may apply during special promotions and will be clearly stated before you place your order.

Tracking & packaging

All parcels include tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

We aim to keep packaging minimal and reuse suitable materials where possible. Please reuse or recycle your packaging whenever you can.

You have 14 days after delivery to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, then another 14 days to send the items back. Email info@senle.studio to let us know.

• Return postage: You cover the return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

• Product condition: Please handle items carefully, keep bracelet and lighter tags attached, and keep incense sealed where possible. Opening packaging or removing tags does not automatically remove your statutory withdrawal right, but handling beyond necessary inspection may result in a deduction for actual loss of value.

• Refunds: For a full-order withdrawal, we also refund the original standard delivery charge. Express delivery surcharges are excluded.

• Exchanges: We do not offer voluntary exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

• Faulty or incorrect items: Contact us so we can help. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
