  • Our incense is made of 100% natural woods, herbs, florals, and resins.

  • Our materials are thoughtfully sourced from around the world: Resins from the Middle East, woods from China and Vietnam, and herbs and traditional botanical ingredients from Germany and China.

  • Each incense is crafted with natural plants, herbs, and woods — free from additives, safe for people and pets.

    To use:

    1. Place your incense in a heat-safe holder.

    2. Light the tip until it catches flame, then gently blow it out.

    3. Let it smolder and scent your space.

  • Store incense in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight to preserve freshness.

  • Quite the opposite. When stored properly, our incense improves with time, developing a deeper, more refined scent.

    That’s why our packaging is designed the way it is – to protect and preserve the fragrance.

    • Classic Edition- Burn time 30-45 min per stick ~ 23 hrs total

    • Petite Edition - Burn time 15-20 min per stick ~ 9 hrs total

  • Our incense is a cleaner alternative to synthetic fragrances, but like any smoke, it shouldn’t be inhaled directly.

    Tips:

    • Always keep your room well-ventilated and burn in moderation

    • One stick is often enough to scent a room.

  • To snuff out an incense, simply stick the burning stick into our cork.

  • No, the smoke from the incense is not strong enough to trigger fire alarms.

  • Our incense contains no artificial oils or charcoal and is made with pet-safe ingredients.

    Most of our scents are pet-friendly, and we clearly note if one isn’t. As pets can still have sensitivities, always monitor their reactions.

  • We are open Wednesday through Friday from 14:00 until 19:00, and Saturdays from 13:00 until 15:30.

  • Incense Lab I focuses on the background of incense and traditional crafting.

    You’ll learn how to tell natural incense from synthetic ones and make your own from the workshop blends. About 2.5 hours.

  • Incense Lab II is our advanced session, all about scent blending.

    You can choose from over 30 natural ingredients and spend around 3+ hours hands-on creating your own blends. About 4 hours total

  • Our Incense Lab I is 64€ per person. Incense Lab II is 106€ per person.

    Not applicable to special edition workshops.

  • We offer workshops in both English and German.

  • We currently ship from our studio in Berlin, Germany.

    Delivery Estimates after being shipped:

    • Germany: 3-5 business days

    • European Union countries: 4–8 business days

    Shipping Fees:

    • Within Germany: €4.50 (free shipping for orders over €38, unless stated otherwise during special promotions)

    • Most of Europe (Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Poland, Spain, France, Portugal, Italy): €6.00 (free shipping for orders over €52, unless stated otherwise during special promotions)

    Returns:

    • You may return unopened full-size items within 14 days of delivery.

    • Return shipping is at your own cost unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

    • To help you make the right choice, we include a sample of each ordered scent whenever possible — so you can try it before opening the full-size product.

    • Opened full-size items and sample packs are not eligible for return.

    • Due to the natural ingredients we use, each batch may vary slightly in scent. This gentle variation is part of the beauty and authenticity of nature — and what makes each experience uniquely yours.

  • Our workshops take place at our Berlin studio and occasionally pop up elsewhere.

    Booking & Policies:

    • Spots are limited — booking in advance is recommended.

    • In case you can’t join, please notify us 7 working days in advance for credit.

    • Private group sessions available on request.
