Processing & delivery
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before dispatch. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
Germany: 3–5 business days.
EU destinations listed below: 4–8 business days.

Shipping fees
Germany: €5.20. Free shipping on orders over €48.
Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Poland, Spain, France, Portugal and Italy: €9.90. Free shipping on orders over €52.
Other destinations: Please email info@senle.studio before ordering to check availability and shipping costs.
Different shipping terms may apply during special promotions and will be clearly stated before you place your order.
Tracking & packaging
All parcels include tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
We aim to keep packaging minimal and reuse suitable materials where possible. Please reuse or recycle your packaging whenever you can.

Right of withdrawal - Widerrufsrecht
If you purchase as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receives the goods. If goods from a single order are delivered separately, the period begins when the last item is received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision through a clear statement, such as an email: info@senle.studio with your order number. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not compulsory.
You can also submit your withdrawal through our website’s “Vertrag widerrufen” page. We will promptly send you an electronic confirmation of receipt.
To meet the deadline, simply send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires. You do not need our approval to exercise this right.
Sending your return
Please send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before that period expires.

Please include all supplied parts and accessories and package the items securely. Use the original packaging where possible; this is a request to help protect the goods, not a condition of your statutory withdrawal right.
We recommend keeping proof of postage until your return has been resolved.
Return shipping costs
You are responsible for arranging and paying the direct return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. We do not provide prepaid return labels for these returns.
This does not affect our obligation to cover necessary shipping costs where required for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.
Product condition
You may handle your purchase as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Please take care when inspecting it.
Incense and sample packs: Please keep packaging sealed where possible until you decide to keep the product. Avoid burning, consuming or contaminating the contents beyond what is necessary for legally permitted inspection.
Bracelets: Please keep the original tag attached while checking the appearance and fit. Avoid wear beyond trying the bracelet on, and protect it from perfume, creams, water and scratches.
Lighters: Please keep the original tag attached and avoid filling or using the lighter beyond what is necessary for inspection. Follow the carrier’s applicable shipping requirements.
Holders: Please inspect the size, material and finish carefully. Avoid burning incense in the holder or exposing it to ash, oils, wax or other substances. Protect it against chips, scratches and breakage when repacking.
Opening packaging or removing a tag does not automatically cancel your statutory right of withdrawal.
You are only responsible for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning, provided we have properly informed you of your withdrawal right.
Where these conditions are met, we may deduct the actual loss of value from your refund. We assess each return individually and will explain any deduction. We do not apply an automatic deduction simply because packaging has been opened or a tag removed.
Refunds
If you withdraw from your entire purchase contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the original delivery charge up to the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
This includes standard delivery charges paid because your order did not qualify for free shipping. Additional charges for express or upgraded delivery are not refundable.
We will issue your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
We will use your original payment method. You will not incur a fee for the refund. Any lawful deduction for loss of value will be explained to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer voluntary exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase under this policy and place a new order.
We do not offer an additional change-of-mind return period beyond your statutory withdrawal right.
This does not affect your statutory rights, including any entitlement to repair or replacement where goods are faulty or do not conform to the contract.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please contact info@senle.studio if your order arrives damaged, is faulty or contains an incorrect item.
Include your order number and a description of the issue. Photos, where possible, help us assess the problem, but are not a condition of your statutory rights.
The withdrawal deadlines and product-care requests above do not limit your statutory rights concerning faulty or non-conforming goods.
Complimentary samples and natural variations
We occasionally include a complimentary sample as a small gift. Samples are not a standard or guaranteed part of every order.
Because we use natural ingredients, scent may vary slightly between batches. This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty or does not match its description.
